The inaugural Supply Chain Distinction Awards were held on the evening of the 14th of May 2008 at the Swissôtel, Düsseldorf, Germany.

Our host Richard Wilding, Cranfield School of Management, expertly presided over the ceremony ensuring the evening was a huge success and a good time was had by all. The awards concluded at 10.30pm with the celebrations spilling out into the bar at the Swissôtel, reportedly the last business card of the evening was exchanged in the very small hours of the morning!
