Entering the awards is easy. Simply complete the registration form and you will receive the awards entry material, containing:

• Category guidelines
• Online entry form
• Word doc entry form

You can review details of the categories for the 2010 ceremony by viewing Award Categories. Once you have chosen your desired category, you can submit your entry by completing either the online form or the Word document.

Who can enter?

The Supply Chain Distinction Awards are open to all companies who embrace and encourage the advancement of supply chain management through their business. Whether you are an industry end user, solution provider or academic institution, we welcome all organisations which deliver ground-breaking results through innovative and pioneering supply chain methodology.

Multiple Entries

You are entitled to submit as many entries as you wish. You can also put forward a single entry across multiple categories as long as it is relevant and must be accompanied by a separate entry form and supporting materials.

Supporting Materials

Any supporting evidence must be emailed directly to us in a PDF format or as a scanned document. If you would like the judging panel to review a website or online service, you will need to provide any passwords which are required to access the site.

Strict Confidentiality

The organisers and the judging panel undertake that the content of your entry remains strictly confidential at all times and will be discussed ONLY within the confines of the judging process. Every member of the judging panel is required to sign a confidentiality agreement on appointment.

Should your entry reach the final, an executive summary will be prepared for editorial coverage and as content for the ceremony evening. Such coverage will be limited to the executive summary. No other part of your entry will be published, presented or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

Entries and supporting evidence may also be returned to entrants following the awards ceremony evening, upon request.
