Entering the awards
Entering the awards is easy, simply fill in the registration form and we will email you an entry pack. The entry pack contains:
- Entry guidelines
- Judging criteria
- Entry form
Once you have chosen which category to enter, check the entry criteria and follow the entry guidelines for that award. Each submission must be accompanied by a completed entry form. You are entitled to enter more than one category if you feel it is relevant.

Entries should be completed using our online form. Any supporting evidence with this form must be attached in PDF format or as a scanned document.
Executive Summary or Introduction
Should your entry be nominated for an award, extracts from the executive summary or introduction may be used as source material for the awards show and subsequent editorial coverage.
Supporting Materials
Please attach any supporting materials as a PDF or scanned document once you have completed the online entry form. Where an entry is submitted for more than one category, a separate set of supporting materials must be attached. If you would like the judges to view a website or other online service, please provide any passwords which are required to access the site.
Multiple Entries
Companies may enter work in more than one category, provided that each entry has been tailored to address the particular requirements of the category concerned and is accompanied by a separate entry form and set of supporting materials.
Who can enter?
The European Supply Chain Distinction awards are open to any company who embrace and encourage the continuous advancement of supply chain and logistics management knowledge by sharing and using information in cross-industry collaborations. Companies will be rewarded for the nature and complexity of their project, their ability to objectively demonstrate its value and effectively communicate its significance to others.

All final Entries will be submitted anonymously to the judges. The organisers and judging panel undertake that the content of entries will remain strictly confidential at all times and will be discussed ONLY within the confines of the judging process. Each judge is required to sign a confidentiality agreement before appointment.
Should your entry by nominated for an award, extracts of your executive summary may be used as source material for the awards show and subsequent editorial coverage. Such coverage will be strictly limited to the executive summary or introduction only. No other part of your entry will be published, presented or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. Please therefore ensure that your summary contains no confidential or sensitive information.
Entries and supporting materials may also be returned to companies after the awards presentation, upon request.

There is no entry fee for these awards
Closing Date
The deadline to enter the awards has been extended to Monday 10th March 2008. All entries must be received by this date.
